I’m a father, mentor, musician, and a man who has learned through experience that the best things in life come from living deliberately.

A big part of my purpose is helping men become healthier, stronger, more grounded versions of themselves...men who lead their lives with confidence, integrity, and presence, and who are capable of creating meaningful, lasting relationships.

I try to live those values myself. I care deeply about health and longevity, staying physically strong, spending time in nature, questioning conventional thinking, and continually growing...physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I’m also a musician and creative at heart. When life gives me the space, you’ll usually find me with a guitar in my hands or working on something creative.

Family is a huge part of my world. I’m a father of four, and raising them has shaped me more than just about anything else in my life.

I’m not looking for someone to complete me. I’d rather meet a woman who already has a light of her own...and see what happens when two full lives come together.

I’m drawn to a woman who is feminine, passionate, intuitive, playful, affectionate, health-conscious, and takes care of herself. Someone slender or athletic, with an open mind, an open heart, and enough curiosity to question things rather than simply follow the crowd.

Chemistry matters...but so does depth.

If you can laugh easily, think independently, enjoy a little adventure, and would rather have a fascinating conversation than make small talk, we’ll probably have something to talk about.
